In the house: ski storage room, central heating, ski boot dryer. Narrow access road (mountain road). In winter, please bring snow chains.

accessible: Kappl 8 km, Ischgl 18 km, Galtür 26 km.

Please note: Car recommended, elevator only up to the 3rd floor. With good snow conditions, access to the house by ski is possible.
