Bergschnucke Homes sits at around 1,220 metres above sea level in See, Paznaun – sunny, peaceful, and yet right in the middle of it all. Nestled on the edge of the forest, it offers a unique combination of mountain views, nature and comfort. In winter, the ski slope starts almost right outside your door; in summer, the hiking and cycling trail passes directly by the house.
The elevated location not only offers a fantastic panoramic view of the valley, but also fresh mountain air and a calming atmosphere where you can instantly relax. Instead of traffic noise, you’ll hear the gentle rustle of the forest – and with a bit of luck, you might even spot deer at the nearby feeding area in winter.

Access is via a mountain road – in winter we recommend bringing snow chains. Parking is available directly at the house, as well as an EV charging station for electric cars.

The location of Bergschnucke Homes is ideal for your winter holiday in Paznaun: just a few steps from the ski slope – no car, no queues. The ski area of See is known for its snow reliability thanks to its altitude and snowmaking, and for its panoramic valley run that remains open all season thanks to its north-facing orientation.
Enjoy 41 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes, freeride zones, family-friendly runs and modern lifts. Hardly any waiting times – just plenty of space for pure skiing enjoyment. With the Silvretta regional ski pass, you can also easily reach Ischgl, Galtür, Kappl and St. Anton.
After an active day on the mountain, unwind in the peaceful forest setting – with views of the mountains and the starry sky above the valley.
Summer Highlights
In summer, your adventure begins right on the doorstep: hiking and cycling trails lead from the house into the Paznaun mountains. Explore blooming alpine meadows, crystal-clear streams and traditional huts serving authentic Tyrolean dishes.
The Lake See (just 2 km away) offers refreshing swimming fun for the whole family. Active guests can enjoy the many mountain bike trails of varying difficulty levels, or try their hand at rafting, climbing or paragliding.
After a day full of experiences, relax on your panoramic balcony or in your private infrared cabin (in selected apartments) – surrounded by mountains and forest views.
